These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bazus platform — Bangladesh's trusted online casino and cricket betting service. By registering an account or using any part of bazus, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You Must Be 18 or Older

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered bazus account. Creating duplicate, linked, or shared accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Accurate Information Required
All registration information — including name, date of birth, address, and payment account details — must be accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund.
Play with Your Own Funds
You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through fraudulent means, loans, or criminal activity on the bazus platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the bazus website at https://bazus.app, creating a player account, or using any service offered by bazus — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, virtual casino, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

bazus reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bazus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email. 2Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of bazus is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing bazus voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
- You have not been self-excluded from bazus or any other gambling platform in a manner that would make your registration on bazus a violation of an existing self-exclusion agreement.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
bazus operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and permanently, and any remaining balance will be returned through the original deposit method after deducting any bonus amounts received. bazus may also report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh where required by law.
Geographic Eligibility
bazus is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or making any deposit. bazus does not warrant or guarantee that its services are legally accessible from every location. Players who access bazus from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
3Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of bazus services — including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. Registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
- Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older).
- A valid, active email address that you control and monitor regularly.
- A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
- A secure password chosen by you. bazus recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on bazus. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment accounts — is strictly prohibited. bazus uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bazus login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bazus will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bazus immediately at [email protected].
4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bazus supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bazus does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Accepted Deposit Methods
- bKash — Instant deposit crediting. Minimum deposit ৳200.
- Nagad — Instant deposit crediting. Minimum deposit ৳200.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳200.
- Upay — Minimum deposit ৳200.
- City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — Bank transfer. Processing time 1–4 hours. Minimum deposit ৳500.
- Visa / Mastercard — Where supported. Minimum deposit ৳500.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed by the bazus payments team on a rolling basis. bazus aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 24 hours for bank transfer methods. All withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile money wallet registered in the same name as your bazus player account.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for all methods.
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000. Players wishing to withdraw larger amounts should contact support.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your bazus account, unless an alternative withdrawal channel has been approved by bazus compliance following a documented KYC review.
- bazus reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Currency
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on bazus are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bazus does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be rejected at the payment gateway level. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs applied by their bank or payment provider prior to making a deposit.
5Bonuses & Promotions
bazus offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the stated time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Minimum qualifying deposit amounts apply to deposit-matched bonuses. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger a bonus award.
- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are held in your bazus account, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
- Free spins, where offered, are valid for specific games only and expire within the time limit stated on the promotion. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other games.
- bazus reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed abusively, including through the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion between players.
Seasonal Promotions
bazus offers enhanced promotions during key Bangladesh sporting and cultural events, including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal periods. These promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. Players are advised to check the bazus promotions section regularly for current offers.
6Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on bazus — including slots, live casino tables, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
Random Number Generation
Casino games on bazus are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. bazus does not operate any proprietary casino games with unverified RNG systems.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting and other sports betting markets on bazus are governed by the bazus Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key principles include:
- All bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the time period specified in the bazus Sports Betting Rules.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. bazus reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice during a live event.
- Bets placed on markets where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement — including as a result of technical latency — may be voided by bazus at its discretion.
- Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by bazus without prior notice.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, connection interruptions, or game display errors — bazus reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. bazus will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore their account balance to the state prior to the malfunction where technically feasible. bazus shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the restoration of the affected balance.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bazus platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged identity or payment documents.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register a bazus account if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one bazus account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or matched betting on low-risk outcomes across accounts.
- Money Laundering: Using the bazus platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile money provider after having used the deposited funds on the bazus platform.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit table game mechanics, or share information in live casino environments to the detriment of the game provider or other players.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play casino games or place sports bets on bazus without explicit prior written permission from bazus management.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the bazus platform, its APIs, payment gateways, or game servers in any way.
8Account Closure & Suspension
bazus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request permanent closure of their bazus account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used deposit method, subject to any applicable withdrawal minimum amounts and pending KYC verification requirements.
bazus-Initiated Suspension or Closure
bazus may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
- The account holder is confirmed or suspected to be under the age of 18.
- Fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering is suspected.
- A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account closure or freezing.
9Responsible Gaming

Player Protection Tools

10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bazus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bazus platform.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if bazus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Platform Availability
bazus makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and fully operational 24 hours a day. However, bazus does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods, technical outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond bazus's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider disruptions in Bangladesh, power failures, or force majeure events.
Third-Party Content
Games and content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) are subject to the terms and conditions of those studios. bazus is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or outcomes arising from third-party game software, provided that bazus takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues on the player's behalf where they are reported promptly.
11Amendments to These Terms
bazus reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment policies, bonus conditions, or player obligations — bazus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you continue to use the bazus platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bazus operates its services with Bangladesh as its primary market and gives full consideration to the legal and regulatory context of that market in its operations.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and bazus regarding your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other matter relating to these Terms, you are encouraged to raise the matter in the first instance by contacting the bazus support team at [email protected]. bazus commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a full response within 14 calendar days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the bazus support team, you may request escalation to the bazus compliance officer by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — Escalation Request". The compliance officer will review the matter independently and provide a final written decision within 28 calendar days.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law. bazus acknowledges and respects those rights in full.
